Buggy advice!

Hi all, I'm due in march. Will have a 3 year old starting school in the October. Will be walking almost 2 mile walk and anticipate him getting grumpy! I don't really want a buggy board as they stick out so far but is there anything with a 'built in step'?!

Buggy boards work well with the right buggy - you need one with a long extending handle so there is a big gap between handle and buggy seat.
Eg Bugaboo Bee, but there are others which work well too, I think Uppababys work pretty well. Advantage of a buggyboard over a built in step is then you can take it off while your 3 yo is at school, or once he/she can scoot or bike to school which probably won't be long.

Or there are some which have a small seat for a toddler (but without beg a full on double buggy) eg Baby Jogger City Select Lux or Mountain Buggy +1. The Joovy Caboose has a step like you mention.
