Britax affinity seat adjusting

Does anyone have the 2013 or 2015 britax affinity with 2 seat adjusters on the sides of the seat? I just brought a 2015 version and the seat adjusters are hard to work to operate, very stiff. Do they loosen up? Should I approach britax about them? Putting dd in flat position is easy but going upright is such hard work.

We got our Affinity in 2014, using carrycot at first then moving to seat unit.
Had exactly the same issue with the recline - had to use both hands on each pull bit as so stiff and clunky to move positions- we raised it with Britax, who sorted out the issue (under guarantee they offered full refund and we bought another, but the newer version Affinity 2)

The Affinity 2 has a single handed seat adjustment on back of the seat, so I imagine it might be a known issue and Britax have made improvements.

The Affinity is a versitile pram/pushchair though and the customer service is good so I'd recommend speaking to Britax about it.

I will give it ago with the britax costumer service.
The two seat adjusters feel like slightly looser now but still so hard to work. Baby wakes up sometimes while I am trying to fiddle with the seat.
