Maclaren or silvercross

Hi everyone, I'm looking to buy a lightweight stroller mainly for holidays but think I might end up using it as an everyday buggy for my little one (7 months). Currently considering the maclaren techno XT, maclaren quest, silvercross pop & silvercross reflex. Does anyone have any experience/thoughts on any of these? Can't decide as I'm really indecisive, also was disappointed in main pram that we bought so don't want to end up disappointed with this one.
Thanks 🙂

I have maclaren quest and hands down one if the best buggy I ever owned, 3 kids here. It is light, practical and great for holidays. I prefer hood on xt but I think newest quests have bigger hoods like xt now.

I love the Maclaren all the models I have used have been great . Don't like the silver cross as much . ( I am a nanny so used lots )

The quest is excellent, in fact all maclarens are well made workhorses! The xt is a bit longer so in some cars was a bit awkward then fit in the boot, the quest is more compact.

Have had both Silvcercross & Maclaren buggies.Had a McLaren Quest when my daughter was a baby to replace the Silvercross pop for holidays,as that wasn't as light & I hated it to push.
I now have a little boy & can't believe how expensive Maclaren buggies have become in the past few years. So I have a silvercross Reflex as I loved the size of seat(very roomy)and the huge hood, but find it too heavy for holidays,so I bought the Silvercross Zest which is perfect.Really lightweight, big hood to keep sun off the baby and a lot cheaper than Maclaren Quest.
