Joie chrome or quinny buzz for country walks with newborn?

Looking for a parent facing pushchair to take my small 11 week old baby on walks in woods etc. I've seen great 2nd hand deals on both. Please tell me your experiences ....

Quinny Buzz (and occupants) has survived 10 yrs of dog walking. I would only get one if it has the pneumatic front tyre though, the original solid tyre is rubbish. No shopping basket underneath is annoying though you can buy one that fits.

Is the seat suitable for such a small baby? Mine would not be but it's the older version, I know they have changed it. You can alter how reclined it is.
