Does anyone have any experience with them please?
We bought the Affinity back in december 2015 with a 2 year guarantee from Mothercare.
I've noticed recently that the folding mechanism keeps jamming and today the seat unit got stuck on the chassis.
I've phoned mothercare and they've said to take it in so they can send it off to Britax for investigation. They've also said it might be worth phoning Britax as well to see what they would be likely to do about it.
I'm just hoping to see if anyone has dealt with their customer service and what they thought.
