Yet another pushchair dilemma

I am due with my first DS in July and I can't seem to know which one I want/need! or which is best! Please help?

I am looking to buy a second hand pushchair that is suitable from birth and have been looking around at reviews but can't decide which is best! I am of 5'2 tall and live in a suburban area so I will be doing more of car journey, pavement walks, going to parks, maybe some bus rides.
I am not 100% sure of requirements, so I suppose something that is not too heavy and not too big/bulky, easy to manoeuvre, some decent basket space, compatible with maxi cosi pebble, suitable from birth. I like the idea of being able to be parent and world facing.
I have been looking at following pushchair but cannot decide! How do I know which would be most suitable for me without buying and trial for a few months? I don't really want to buy and throw/sell in less than a year. So please do share your experience and knowledge to this clueless new mom to be!

Uppavista baby: too wide and bulky
Bugaboo Cameleon 2 or 3: I really like the design, but what are the cons?
iCandy Peach: any good? looks like a popular one, what are the cons with this?
Babyjogger City Mini GT: not parent facing
Bugaboo Bee: seems a bit flimsy/not secure enough. Anyone with any issue with security?

Jogger mini gt is brilliant. Ok it doesn't parent face but there was a period of about 3 months where I cared about that. I used a soft insert so DD faced me when she was tiny until about 4 months old. Then she sat and looked out (she had reflux and wanted to be upright). Compatible with car seat.
I bought 2nd hand and got it for £250 including cosytoes, buggy bar, rain cover.
The hood is amazing. It's so easy to fold.
Incidentally, my mates with other travel systems, all ditched them and bought a second buggy when baby was 6 months. Us city jogger fans are hanging on and our toddlers are very comfy

As a fellow petite mum, I really rate the Bugaboo Bee 3 and the Babyzen Yoyo0+

I've had three from your list - chameleon, bee and city mini gt. Unless you need to take it off road I'd go for the bee.

It very much depends on your child as to how important parent-facing is: after my son (who has had several bad patches of separation anxiety) I would be very reluctant to get one that couldn't parent-face.
If you live in a suburban area then you probably have your own hallway? - if so then it's less important being able to fold one-handed.
Weight is probably a factor though if you are quite petite and loading in and out of a car a lot.
Some of my suburban friends have the Cameleon and it seems to suit them quite well, though takes up lots of boot space while you're using the carrycot. They keep their resale value quite well too i think.
Another one worth looking at that gets great reviews and is good value is the Graco Evo.

Baby jogger city Versa parent faces - heavier than city mini but is worth it for that benefit in my opinion. It's also dry study, has amazing shopping basket and wheels good for smooth pavement & grass. Only problem is baby jogger withdrew it! They have a new model called the city metro which seems pretty much the same, with added benefit of a telescopic handle.

We've got the icandy and it's great. You can steer one handed (and so text and do your online shop on the go) and I've walked miles and miles and it's stood the test of time. We had our little ones close together (14.5 months apart) and it works well as a double, but it's really quick to turn into a single again for the days my son is at childminder, I just take out the second seat.

The only negative thing I would say is that it's pretty heavy and bulky to get in and out of the car but we just got a cheap second hand pram for when we go away.

I've got the Egg pushchair.

Light, easy to move, adjustable handle.

Hardly ever see them about.

Pricey but fell in love the first time I had a go.

Have you been to the shop and had a play? I would highly recommend going to a good independent retailer and trying them all out, especially lifting in and out of your car. Out of your list I would be suggesting the Peach or the Cameleon. The GT is fab too, but doesn't have parent facing. Remember that the Peach or Cam will have a good resale value, so don't get too emotionally attached and you can always sell it and get a GT later. :)
