iCandy Jammed

Hi! I was wondering if anyone might be able to help? I have an iCandy apple to pear and for some reason when I put the seat on the chassis it's not fitting in the socket on the left hand side. That carrycot still fits and I seem to think I've done this before but I can't figure out what I've done. It's driving me nuts! 🙈 Any ideas?! TIA x

Is it a new Apple2Pear or an old one? The seat only goes rear facing on the older version.
Is the side pin rotated around correctly to sit in line so that it can drop in?
