Which brands/companies have the best customer service?

Hi everyone, I'm still in the shopping and umming/aahing stage of looking for a pushchair for DC3 and the expense has got me thinking about which companies have got the best customer service.

What have your experiences been like?

How many years warranties do different companies offer?
This will definitely be informing my choice as it is such a large amount of money to spend and I obviously want the pushchair to last.
Thanks

Thank you, I've also heard John Lewis are good. Been eyeing up stokkes as I'd heard their warranties are really good.
Thanks x

M&S - via the call centre at least, not sure about in store.

My friend worked for them, and they paid approx £20k to re-cover a woman's car seats in expensive cream leather. She'd worn some jeans from them, they'd marked the driver's seat requiring a re-cover. But she couldn't get leather to match the rest of the car, so M&S paid to re-cover it all! This despite the big warning saying that colour may transfer from these jeans.

She said they'd refund and pay for all sorts of stuff, just to maintain their customer service reputation.

Sorry, I totally misread your OP so my post was pretty irrelevant - don't think M&S sell pushchairs Blush.

Thanks for the clarification roomba. I was about to go and search for the offerings of pushchairs that M & S sell hehe! Grin

Out n About (we bought our pushchair from Kiddicare) - very quick and easy repair.

M&P - awful customer service, not interested, products are largely a triumph of style over function.
