shorthaul flight with easyjet. left our pram at the bottom of the steps to be put in the hold, after arriving in luton the back wheel tyre & rim is completely buckled. easyjet have said they only offer a stroller style replacement and not our mama & papas style pram. im wondering what the replacement pram could be or to request a set of new back wheels?
