Not used one myself but leatherette? Oh no.

I wouldn't want a leatherette fabric either

Would be cold in the winter and hot and sticky in the summer

What a stupid material to use on a pram

I'm not so fussed bout fabric choice ad there are other options. I've not been able to find any reviews about this pram and snd just after some opinions.
