Quinny Buzz - won't fold

I'm on my second Quinny Buzz. Once again I can't get it to collapse. Is this is a fault or is it user error?

What are you stuck on?

Mine has numbers so you do the bits in the right order...

But the underneath one is tricky. You have to give it a good shove with your foot!
