Baby Jogger City Mini or Babyzen Yoyo

I am expecting my first at the end of Jan and the pushchair debate is killing me. I really like the BJMC but I have real concerns that it's not parent facing. I can't find anywhere that has the Babyzen on display to try out. I want something lightweight and small as I live in a flat. I also live somewhere with very uneven pavements. I want something that will last and is suitable from newborn. I'm not a fan of having a seperate large carrycot as I don't think it'll be used very often and I don't have much storage space. Please help, I feel like I'm going insane!

I love my bjcm! I was also overwhelmed by pushchair choices so bought a Graco mosaic first and hated it! So got the city mini instead which is amazing. Tbh my ds much prefers being forward facing but there are also clear bits on the hood so you can peek in from behind which I think makes all thr difference

I love my BJCM too! If you have a Maxi-Cosi car seat, you can use it with the car seat adaptors for parent facing initially. My DS liked being forward facing too, and we played peek through the clear bits in the hood all the time. The very best bit, though, was the look on people's faces when I'd whip DS out of the seat and onto my hip, and fold the buggy one-handed. It was like automatic parenting gold medal win!

I say no to both and get an iCandy Raspberry - parent faces, suitable from birth, loads of storage x

Thanks guys. I did look at the iCandy but the wheels don't seem quite sturdy enough for the pavements I have to face. I have not enjoyed this part of preparing at all :)

I also had some reservations about the wheels but they convinced me in the shop that they would be fine and they were right, they're much tougher than they look! I think the fact that is has suspension springs on the front and the back helps?!

I looked at the babyzen but it felt very flimsy, almost like a toy pram. As an occasional pram for someone that travels a lot it's great but I wouldn't put my baby in it everyday.
I have a Bee - just to through that in the mix!

Bjcm, one of my best ever purchases (and not just for baby stuff!).

Your baby will only want to be parent facing for a very short amount of time in comparison to how long they will be wanting to look at the world,
and see the same things you are.

You can get 2 different carrycots, I got the deluxe one, it was used exclusively for about 6 months and also as a moses basket, fits the same connectors as the car seat so quite handy too.
