Pushchair options for 3 kids 3 and under?

I'm due number 3 in December and already have 2 dd's who will be 1 month away from their 2nd and 3rd birthdays, I have no idea what to do pushchair wise!

I have had lots of double buggy's with my dd's, my favourite was the bugaboo donkey which seemed like the perfect option for us again - however, I've just moved house and have a tiny awkward porch so may be tricky and with 3 kids ease of use is essential right?! Me and DP really aren't keen on tandems and would ideally want the seats the reverse and the usual large basket, decent hoods for shade etc.

I suggested to DP getting a single pushchair and using it with a seated buggy board for our then 2 year old and letting the 3 year old walk, I should add our eldest hasn't been in a pushchair for months and wont get into one, we get along with walking just fine but im worried that will change when there's an extra baby taking our attention so she can cause destruction

Is the single pushchair and seated board viable? we would get a spare double which could be put away for if needed, probably an out and about nipper double but we do not want the nipper as a main pushchair.

or do I bite the bullet and buy another donkey? the occasions that we go out walking without the car is not very often so It wouldn't be a pain everyday, im just not sure I want it to be a pain at all!

Sling for baby is also an option however im not so keen on that idea, tried that idea with DD2 and found it hard if DD1 wanted a cuddle etc.

Sorry for rambling on! Grin

Uppa baby vista . Can add rumble seat for two year old, and buggy board for 3 year old should you need to get anywhere fast with all three. The board and rumble seat both clip off easily so if you don't need one or both on certain trips or days can make it just a regular single pram for baby.

Baby would have to go in main seat with wedge insert as carrycot won't fit in with the rumble seat in place
