P&T double for 3.5yo and 1yo

Debating whether to get one of these second hand from a friend....

Our main buggy (ie travel system from when dd1 was born) is about to die. We have a maclaren but I prefer to use it for holidays and days out rather than as my main buggy (find them a bit clunky and bumpy for every day use).

We've got a out'n'about nipper 360 double but never use it.

So I was thinking that this P&T might be handy as it could possibly replace both the big main buggy and the nipper.

It wouldn't be disastrous if I never used it as a double, just thinking it would be handy to have that functionality. Or are the DDs too big to use it like that now?

Is the P&T a smooth ride? Easy to drive one handed? Can I put a buggy board on?

I have the Navigator - I like the fact that DD1 can walk beside me and has the option of sitting in the low seat if she wants to. However, it is heavy compared to our Cameleon and I have never managed to fold it up Smile.
