Double Nipper v3 problem eith brakes

Anyone know hot to fix it? The brake just won't click into place.

Imported from uk as not sold where I live so I wouldn't know where to take it...

Have you tried asking a local bike mechanic to fix the brakes? I don't have a Nipper but I imported a Phil and Teds from the UK and managed to get it fixed in a bike shop when the brakes had a problem.
