Removing handle P&T sport v2

Hi, Im trying to do this to wash the fabrics. The bolts aren't moving.
Do you need to remove two sets of screws on each side, below the moveable bit or just the bolt that sticks out and the grommet goes around?
Any tips or is it just brute force?

An update, just in case anyone else has this problem.
Two screws below the adjustable part need to be removed.
You will need lots of elbow grease or a stronger person with lots of tools to get unwilling bolts to budge.
