A lightweight pushchair with an adjustable handle?

DD is 2 and I am totally stuck with what to get her?

I am using umbrella strollers at the moment but they just don't last.

I am really short so I need an adjustable handle which is a light weight stroller type of pushchair. All the maclarens stroller etc are too high for me.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, I want to spend no more that £200 is possible.

I'm looking for a stroller too. I'm thinking about the UppaBaby G-Luxe. Not sure about the handle height but it says it's very lightweight (6.1kg) - not sure how that compares to other umbrella strollers...
