Compact stroller to fit in a small car!

I have a mini which has a tiny boot and currently have the Urbo. I'm fed up of spending ages after each use moving it around to get the exact right angle to make it fit. And now my little one is getting too big to be using it with the travel system I'm stuck because only the frame will fit in the boot, not the actual pram part. I'm after a lightweight buggy/stroller type thing, the kind that people tend to have as a second pram for the summer months or travelling. I've seen the M&P armadillo which seems to fold down really small but it's expensive. Can anyone recommend something of a similar size but a bit cheaper? Or is the armadillo worth it? If I was to fork out could it be used as a main pram for any future babies or would I still need something more substantial like the Urbo to use from birth? Thanks!

Possibly something like the quinny Zapp as that folds very compactly. Or baby zen yoyo. Also the Recaro easy life and baby jogger city mini zip.

There is a mountain buggy that folds to almost nothing in our local stroller store. It's $200 and I'm trying very hard not to buy it!

Apart from that I would see if the citi mini can fit.

The Babyzen yoyo takes up less than half of the boot on my Toyota Aygo. It's got a tiny boot!

Babyzen yoyo is tiny and light and you can convert to a pram with the 0+ pack. Also great for public transport, small shops, lifts etc. It also folds really easily and clips in securely so you can put it over your shoulder using the strap. And its airline hand luggage size.
I don't work for them by the way! I'm gutted they don't do a double...

These are all great thank you! All seem to be around £200 though and I need to fork out for a new car seat soon too - expensive times! My friend has lent me a mamas & papa's frankie stroller (umbrella fold so quite big) which is great and does the job but if I'm going somewhere in the car it has to go in the front passenger seat. I'm trying to decide whether to make do or buy a new one that is smaller and I can just chuck it in the boot. Decisions!

You could always look for a second hand one? A decent make will cost you but should last for another baby too.

I drive a Panda which has a similar sized boot to the Mini. I bought an armadillo specifically for it!

I'd say the armadillo is definitely worth it. DS is 2.2 and quite tall for his age, but still has tons of room in there. The basket is big enough to go out for the day and take everything you need, and it glides nicely along on the pavement. We 'downgraded' from a Phil and Teds to the armadillo and I think he looks a lot comfier now, and the buggy is about half the weight!
