98th percentile ( height wise ) 2 year old, seeks upright buggy for general urban nosiness, any ideas?

Kiddy City'n Move - lovely big upright seat and a bargain at under £100!

Bugaboo Bee is great for a tall toddler, it's the only one my son will willingly sit in. Can find a few good deals on 2nd hand Bee Plus models rather than spending £££s on the new Bee 3. It's lightweight and easy to manoeuvre around.
