Toddler, newborn, stairs and a whole lot of walking - please help!

We have a nearly-2 yo DS, newborn due any day, a Babyjogger city mini gt, 20 stairs outside our flat, and no car. Ds is a pretty good walker, but also a definite wanderer, so up and down hills and on errands I need to have him in the sling or pram to get anything done in under a couple of hours!

Is my best option to keep the current pram and rely on good slings and a buggy board, or are there better options?

I don't want to spend on another pram unless it's a clear step up, but am also minorly freaking out about having at least one child strapped to me throughout a whole year of maternity leave. Blush I also missed rear facing first time around, and am also a bit concerned that with a buggy board on the gt ds will be stuck staring into fabric non stop?

On the other hand, even the bj can be challenging to bump up and down the stairs with a toddler or shopping, so a heavier option or a double pram would be tricky.

I'd love your help!!

Also forgot to say that I'd seen the easywalker mosey and the Babyjogger vue, which looked like they might be interesting... But can't get to see either in person!
