Phil & teds double - who can educate me??

I'll be having baby #2 in sept when DS is 23m and need a double stroller as I'll need to walk 2 miles from nursery to car after work.

Been looking at P & T as I need an inline pushchair as the pavements are narrow. I also want a pushchair with good resale value afterwards

I've had a look online and there seem to be a few different P&T pushchairs of this type. Can anyone tell me the differences between them, any pros/cons of each etc etc

Also, does a maxi cosy pebble fit into it (if used with the toddler as well)
