Hi, I've got a toddler and I'm pregnant with twins. When the babies arrive my little one will be 18mths. I need advise on buggies!! What do I go for? Do I go for a triple or a double with an added seat? Confused!!!Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi, I did a lot of research on which double for an older / younger child to go with and went for ICandy peach, it has great reviews and so far I've had nothing to complain about! Are you planning on using it for twins and for the older / younger child?

Congratulations! What kind of travelling do you do most? Are you walking everywhere or in and out of the car a lot? How confident a walker is your toddler?
You could consider a double plus a sling plus a buggy board (some even have a little seat) to give yourself options rather than battling with limited triple options. I have toddler plus baby and have loved the bugaboo donkey, toddler sometimes uses buggy board and it's still easy to push Smile

There are very few triple options, not many doubles with add on seat either. Abc adventure buggy with top mounted toddler seat used to be the thing but I think there was a supply issue, not sure you can get them anymore. You might find a used one. Valco do doubles with a toddler seat but again not in the UK. I'm not helping am I :-/

How do you think your eldest would do with a sit down board such as the easy x rider? That would go on the majority of side by side pushchairs.

Sling and double also an option, slinging a twin I suppose rather than toddler but not to say you couldn't if you preferred that. With something like an uppababy vista 2015 or other double with a big carrycot you might be able to put the twins in the carrycot together for the first few weeks to give a bit of breathing space. Dependent on how big they are of course and how feasible that seemed at the time, I have heard of it being done but not experienced it iyswim.

Thank u. I think I will be mainly walking, Im thinking I won't be on my own that much with 3 but for the times my husband & I are on our own I think a sling and a double May be best. I'm worried about getting a triple & not being able to get through shop doors! My toddler is getting good at walking so by the time the twins are here she'll be more confident, so a buggy board with seat may be a good option. I'll have a look at your recommendations.
