Hello Mumsnet,

I'm after some advice as I've never done this before (forums or motherhood!). We've purchased the Dot stroller as I was told/read reviews that it's suitable from birth but now I'm having doubts.

Will the lie flat position be ok for our baby? And does anyone recommend buying the cocoon? Our little one is due in July/August and I've recently read reviews that the cocoon only last for a couple of months and will make baby too hot.

Advice about the best use of/accessorises for the Dot would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone,
SWP

All the options are here. I'd get the carrycot personally but cocoon, seat or carrycot, all a newborn suitable. Might be a bit warm for the cocoon I suppose, if so a sheepskin is good for summer babies. Or a sheepskin footmuff with removable top part so you can use it for winter too.
