Bjcm double carrycot

Ok so just looking for best option. My boy was a 9 pounder, 56cm tall. Is it worth getting compact carrycot??? Any other options???? Advice please :-)

Yes, my 2 year old could sleep in the compact carrycot. The other option would be to get a cocoon or footmuff and put your baby flat on the seat.
