Can you put inflatable wheels on a pushchair that came with 'hard' wheels?

Hi,
We have an uppababy vista travel system / pushchair - that although we really like - the ride is a bit bumpy! We spend a lot of time walking on grass and outside walking the dog etc and have really noticed that it shakes the little man around a lot.
When we bought it we didn't realise that inflatable wheels would in fact be much better for what we need. So I was just wondering if we could fit inflatable wheels to the vista and if there was an 'after market' option, or if anyone knew if uppababy did one?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Don't. Inflatable wheels are a huge pain. I looked at swapping the other way!
Can you fix the front wheel(s) so there's no swivel? That makes quite a difference, I find. Don't swivel on terrain!
