Pushchair for a very tall 15 mth old

DS has just turned 15 months and is off the charts for height. Can anyone recommend a pushchair for a very tall child? Our bugaboo is knackered and about to be retired but has great seat height. Love the M&P Armadillo but worried it won't see him through beyond 2ish yrs.

Looking for something super manoeuvrable, good basket and hood.
Any recommendations gratefully received!!

I have the.Maclaren XLR. DD is nearing three and very tall and fits nice and comfy in it. The hood can be pulled up high and has an extra zip so it folds almost all the way over. It lies totally flat too which is handy if she fancies a nap (especially coupled with the extra hood part).

The basket is a faff to get into when the seat is laid flat but the newer models have side access zips.to the basket which would solve this problem.

Thanks Think, I actually have the maclaren techno xt, love the hood and seat height too, but hate the push!! DS is also super heavy so need something that pushes easily up kerbs, around supermarket etc.

I have one of these, it's 4 and a half yrs old now and has carried all 3 of my dcs over the years. Many many many many many other pushchairs have been and gone and non compare to this one for ease of push and maneouvreability. The seat back isn't enormous but the canopy height is. If you like I will ask my 98th centile 7yo to sit in it tonight Grin.

Failing that this is also pretty awesome for the price. It's not as nice to push but it is pretty light and the seat is really spacious.

Parties, that's fab, thank you. I have a friend with an emotion and she loves it. Her DD is also huge. My only concern is the hood being quite small (we live in the desert, joy). But I think I'll try him in it and see. Love the red kite, will try and hunt one down!

OOh desert. The red kit has thin fabrics, I'm not sure how well that would work. You need a canopy extension for the emotion, I think that would work well, it zips on as far as I know.

The red kite Zumi is the valco snap under a different brand for the uk, it's the same pushchair though.

Probably too late but have you looked at emmaljunga, I had the scooter with fixed wheels, but I think they now also do it with swivel wheels. It was easily the sturdiest pushchair ever. Got it when the bugaboo seat became way to small at nearly two and used it until dd was four and a bit. At times when my then six test old got tired she jumped into it as well and I pushed both in it.
