Britax B Agile Double for 2 year old and newborn?

My DS will be almost exactly 2 when DC2 arrives in January. I have been eyeing up doubles/tandems and decided that doubles look more roomy for a toddler. A buggy board just wouldn't be an option for DS as he is a bit of a determined little tearaway and I just know he won't stay on it. I also think 2 is a little small to not have his own seat.

I have been eyeing up the Britax B Agile Double as the seats look nice and roomy. Just wondering if anyone has used for a similar age or can suggest something similar I might like. The only con so far is that I prefer a newborn parent facing in a sturdier carrycot but from what I can see a sturdy carrycot would only be an option with a tandem and the only parent facing double ive seen is the Donkey which is way out my price range! Thanks

The Britax B-Agile Double is really lovely to use, although a bit wider than a standard doorway. However, my children never were comfy in the seats. My toddler actually asked to get out of the seat as she wasn't happy. My little one used to slide down the seats. It was a real shame as I loved how it freestands when folded and how easy it was to use. The Baby Jogger doubles are excellent side by sides. The City Mini and GT take a good carrycot so that the baby can parent face.
