How fast do Bugaboo ship replacement parts?

Really dull question I know. I need replacement handlebar clips ASAP! I assume I can't buy parts anywhere but from them.

Anyone have any experience? Thanks.

Try www.buggypitstop.co.uk they often have spare parts. We got a part from them once for a Bug but can't remember which. They also reconditioned my brakes on my Bug and were very fast and efficient, even using courier as we aren't in London.
