Maclaren Techno Xlr v Silver Cross Reflex

Can anyone help? I had a techno Xlr with my little boy and liked it. I wanted another one for my new baby but it's currently out if stock. I've been reading about the Silver Cross Reflex and like it, I just wondered if anyone had any experience on this so that I can compare the two? I wanted to know how they compare when folded. Would the Reflex fit into a small car, say a fiesta or Mazda 2? All replies appreciated!

They are about the same when folded. I have the reflex and it's great. However I think I would plump for the Maclaren, having had the brake on the reflex recently fixed after little use, as it's probably a little more robust. I had the first Maclaren techno 14 years ago, and a M&P voyage (now discontinued) which is now 4 years old and I have to say they are by far superior when it comes to the mechanisms and brakes.
Having said that the reflex is fun in style and I do love it.

Thanks shalo2. I'm leaning more towards the reflex now purely because it can flip to forward facing. It's helped to hear that they are roughly the same size when folded.

The baby nest is so cute and soft for newborns but I was buying mine for my 4 month old so didn't need it. They are gorgeous prams though and the colours are so vibrant. I have the raspberry but also love the purple!

I'm going for the purple!
