Bugaboo Bee or Stokke Scoot??? HELP

Hello,

Firstly I live in London, already have a 3 year old and one on the way. With my first I had a quinny buzz, which i really didn't find useful travelling or in crowded places.. (I do not drive). It was a nightmare, handled it for 6 months before getting a buggy. Now with this one I obviously really want a lightweight, parent facing, from birth, foldable all in one amazing pushchair to make my life a heck of a lot easier with 2 under 5's. I'm in between the Bugaboo Bee, and the Stokke Scoot. They both offer what I need, but not sure what I prefer. The stokke is surprisingly cheaper, but I have no budget really, but don't want to spend more than £600 on a pushchair tbh. HELP!! Has anyone had either of these? Or know which one would suit me better??

Just come across the babyzen yoyo also, but prefer the other two, as they look more snug for a newborn. Ahh why is there so much choice

If it was me I would get a yoyo 0+ but from what you have said if I was you I would get a bee wait for the new one. I like the scoot but it's heavier to push, heavier to lift and there is only full recline and full upright no mid recline position, plus no leg support. Also the bee works well with a buggyboard, you may like to have that option?

I love my scoot. Best pushchair. Everyone who uses it compliments it. Had it for 15 months now and without a doubt my best purchase. So many of my friends are on their 3rd/4th pram. I walk miles everyday in my local town and London on the tube and it's brilliant.

Ihateparties do you know when the new bee is out, and what the difference will be please?

Sorry I don't know either for sure, I think back end of this year-ish, as for the specifics, no idea. From the sounds of it something is occurring on the newborn suitability front but again I don't know what. I would love for it to be a carrycot option as well as the seat. As in if they adapted the seat or cocoon to keep it newborn suitable without but also did a carrycot option. I'm speculating, all I really know is something is afoot.

I have a Bee and love it. It's great for London.

Oh also, I still use it and DS is 2. It turns into a good stroller for the toddler years, where as lots of people buy a separate stroller by then.

I don't know, as I said before it's all speculation, there have been snippets here and there online. I wouldn't bet on it by September but you never know.

I got a bee for dc3. I've been through the big pram and move to stroller twice. I love the bee. Recommend it all the time. Light, lovely to push, easy to fold, great when dd was a newborn so cosy. Also she's now nearly 18 months and for the first time I see no news to swap to a maclaren type buggy. She naps happily In The bee. I've even travelled abroad with it. You could get a buggy boars for your older dc too?

I think I would wait and find out more about the new Bugaboo Bee, and absolutely consider the iCandy Raspberry too. The Scoot is weird because of having no mid recline. The seat is too upright for an older baby - ie 6-12 months - where they want to look out, but upright is a bit much. I find the recline a bit cave like, and its hard to wiggle a child in and out of the reclined seat without waking them.

Ahhh it's out in September!! Perfect, will defo wait. The bassinet option I a a major plus. I'm not too keen on the icandy, unfortunately!! Thank you all so much !
