Low handle bar for bad back

I am looking for a stroller with a low handle, preferably a one hand push, also needs to be lightweight

High handlebar is much better for a bad back.

Bugaboo has an adjustable one that goes petty low and very high, but I'm with the poster above a low bar would be murder on your back

I am only short

I should have included that on my original post sorry

I am 5ft tall

My current umbrella shoulder I feel like I am pushing it all with my upper body as the handles are so high

Look also at the new Dooky Buggy Bar. This can be added to a stroller to give one central handle. If you attach it to most strollers in the middle where the handles are parallel, then the handle will then be lower. This may solve the issue for you without needing a new pushchair.
