Red Kite Zebu - question about the hood

Hello mums!

I am thinking about getting a Red Kite Zebu pram.
I fell in love with Joie Chrome but this one is no longer on offer at MotherCare and we do not want to spend a fortune on a travel system.

Can anyone tell me or perhaps post a picture of how far down the hood on Zebu goes? I like the idea of it going quite low but I cannot find this information on the internet =(

Also it would be great to know the measurements of the carrycot.

Hi the hood goes down quite a bit its a big hood but if its a super sunny day you might want to get a koo di sun shade for it the carry cot is huge it even needs a clip on bar to hold it up at the front there is a video on youtube with a full demo by a guy called carl

Many thanks for your reply! Yeah I've seen the video on youtube (the sideway one LOL!) very useful but I could not make out the size of a hood from this.

Great news about the carrycot - we will be travelling a lot with a little one so this would be perfect for her to sleep in (I hope) when we go to stay overnight with our families.

I fell in love with Joie Chrome but missed on the Mothercare offer (£230 instead of £480) and I am now looking for something similar that won't break the bank.

Red Kite seems ok but buying it without being able to have a feel of it (online only) worries me a bit....
