Car seat for BJCMGT?

So I have finally decided and ordered the BJCMGT. Now I have to think about car seats, so I went on the Baby Jogger website to check what was compatible, and the table there says it is just the Kiddy Evolution Pro. In contrast, the regular BJCM has other options such as MaxiCosi Pebble and Cabriofix, BeSafe Izigo etc.

To add to the confusion, when I was looking at the GT version in John Lewis, the sales assistant put the MaxiCosi adaptors on, and then put the Cabriofix seat on that which seemed to fit fine, but she couldn't get the Pebble on for some reason. So now I'm totally confused, and perhaps I should ring Baby Jogger. But I wondered what car seat people on here are using with BJCMGT? I'm not keen on the Kiddy Evolution Pro as I can't find any reviews on it.

I like kiddy seats, if the evolution pro is the one that's almost lie flat/has the adjustment when out of the car thing then I'm pretty keen. Kiddy aren't unknown when it comes to car seats but I guess this is their first uk infant carrier type.

I had a cabriofix for years, it's alright, I prefer the britax babysafe however. The joie gemm goes on maxi cosi adaptors, I tried it this week on my red kite zumi, I really like it. More than the cabriofix I think.

The maxi cosi adaptor on the John Lewis website is listed as being suitable for the cmgt, you've seen them fit it.. That's kind of enough for me, despite baby jogger's unfinished looking compatibility table.

I have had very prompt replies from kooltrade's customer service email - I think they are sick of me to be honest!

I have the bjcmgt and use the recaro young profi plus car seat. The recaro adaptors were interesting to get hold of. Kiddicare sold them one week then claimed they didn't exist and you can't put the recaro on it at all the next Hmm

The besafe izi go rates very well in the crash tests and is nice and light so I would go for that.

We are using the Maxicosi Pebble with the BJCMGT.

Ok thanks all, seems like the Baby Jogger website is wrong and we actually have more options than I thought!
