Second hand Mountain Buggy Duo or New Joovy Caboose Ultralight

Hi all,

I need to buy a double for my 18 month old and 3 year old DC.

My DH doesn't drive and walks for miles and miles with them up an down hills to various parks. He has been using a buggy board with a single Nipper. We used to have a double nipper but the brake broke and we got a refund. Don't want another.
I have been researching - the Joovy looks quite interesting, is 215 pounds and can hold up to 20kg per child. Alternatively the Mountain buggy is obviously a great brand which can hold 25kg per child but I can only afford a second hand one (around 200 pounds) which I am a little worried about - if we are unlucky and get a damaged one I can't afford to buy anything else.
What would you do? This will be needed for at least 6 more months.
Can't decide!!!!!
