I've a dual mountain buggy and twice recently I've been out and some bright green paint has started spurting out of the wheel all over my legs etc. then the wheel goes flat. I've not filled it with any puncture slime stuff (and bought it new) - BUT is that what is coming out of the wheel? And what do I need to do now? I bought the buggy some years ago and haven't kept any of the instructions (and cant find anything on line about this!)
