... a parent-facing carrycot (up and nearest the parent) and an outward-facing toddler seat. Any ideas? If not, what's the next best thing IYHO? And do these sorts of things fit into restaurants and cafes??

Thanks! Grin

Oooh Seb you are clever! I looked for ages and didn't find that. Thank you! And look at that discount.... :)

Any more for any more?

Use quidco as well to get cashback.

I have a graco tandem- You could use the infant seat like a travel system so baby was facing me, and my toddler sat in the front. We are still going strong with it and my kids are 2 and 3.

Thanks Smashley - Just looked it up... I was looking for something with the carrycot rather than the car seat option though as I'll be doing a reasonable amount of walking. Still maybe something to think about if it works for you!

What about the baby jogger city select?

violetlights · 02/05/2014 21:22

Thanks Lauren - I'll have another look at that. I thought it didn't have an outward facing seat with the carrycot is attached. But in all other respects it looks good. It's all too confusing... :)

Brevi ovo twin?? With the select you can't do precisely what you describe, directionally you can but the baby is down the the front and the toddler nearer to you.

violetlights · 03/05/2014 20:54

Oh thank you ihateparties! That looks perfect! Really like the height of that combination.... Great find! Grin

I've never seen one irl, no idea what they're like to push or anything else but worth a look, especially if you could find somewhere to actually see one.
