Coach Built pram- to keep or not to keep?????

I own a full size Swallow Coach Built pram. I bought it two years ago and have only used it a handful of times with my baby daughter as I needed to buy new tyres for it- they were the original ones and lasted 60 ish years.
I loved the pram as soon as I saw it- it has a cream body and a navy blue hood, the chassis had been painted white by the previous owner.
It is big with a 40 inch body.
My conundrum is whether or not to keep it or sell it.
We have three children (youngest being nearly two) and are not planning on anymore. The youngest likes going in the pram but i'm not sure how much longer she will fit in it.
We have recently moved into a cottage from a big terraced house and space is limited. It is currently under the stairs.
What should I do?
I'd like to keep it, yet it is not getting used as much as it should.

How old is your eldest? I bought a secondhand Silver Cross coach built pram for DD3, and am keeping for any future grandkids :) (DD1 would never push it but whenever I have any child she may have over it will go in the pram!) But my eldest is 21 so we could be talking much nearer future than you!
If space really is limited, maybe the answer is to take loads of lovely pics for posterity and sell it - you will probably get what you paid for it or more if lucky (our Silver Cross was a bargain as the pics on eBay were taken on a really dull day against a very bland wall). Use it as many times as you can while you still can!
