Bugaboo cameleon 3 extendable sun canopy

I bought my cameloeon last month new, cameleon 3. So now I am looking to buy the sun canopy and apron. I am after the new extendable sun canopy in ice blue but the canopy frame that came with my bugaboo I am presuming is not the extentable frame? Would I need to buy another frame? I have searched everywhere and can't find the answer and can't even see that you can buy the frame separately from bugaboo!

It says here that you can use the extendable sun canopy on the Cameleon 3 as they are going to do that as standard soon anyway.

If you are still unsure I would email bugaboo, I did once and they were very helpful and fast at replying.

The hoods use the same rods. There is a zip in the rear panel of the hood which unzips with the extra panel of fabric hidden behind it. So you can put a Cam3 hood onto older Cam hood rods. It makes no difference.
