P&T Verve or Promenade parent face?

I was looking at both the P&T Verve and the P&T Promenade and I can't figure out the difference between the two?

Also do either of them allow the child on top to parent face when in seat rather than bassinet position?

Thank you.

The verve is set up like a regular Phil and teds, large hammock style main seat, second add on seat that you put either below if you have two over 6m or on the top with the main seat fully flat underneath if you have a toddler and newborn. The promenade has fully adjustable reclining top and bottom seats, each one is a pramette style seat so drops down to become a carrycot or is made seat shaped again by clipping some bits up. The promenade chassis is completely different to the verve, the way the handle extends etc.

I'm not a hundred percent but I'm pretty sure you can't parent face the top seat with the second seat on in a remotely sitting up position, as in the lower seat would need to be in lie flat bassinet mode. Tbh I'm not even sure you can do it with the lower one like that either but I'm guessing you might be able to?

The verve doesn't parent face unless it takes the p and t face to face seat.. Which is weight limited to 9kg so unlikely to help in your situation.
