Can I just put my newborn into the Oyster Carry Cot - is there a cocoon I should use?

I've an Oyster Max tandem pushchair. The carry cot seems v big and I am concerned that my newborn will be bumped about in it when out and about? I've looked online and there doesn't seem to be a 'cocoon' or anything. Maybe I'm being neurotic but I have visions of him 'rattling' around in it when I'm getting on and off buses etc. Thanks

I totally get what yours saying i had the same problem, i bought a head hugger that was intended for an infant carrier carseat, so had a bit for baby to lay on, helped a bit x

Bugaboo bee cocoon?

RachelMary · 09/04/2014 19:58

Thanks - I've a bugaboo bee cocoon that I'll try. Should have thought of it myself! I've seen lots of pushchairs with carrycots including the bugaboo cameleon but always assummed there was some sort of newborn support in them...

I second the bugaboo cocoon- works beautifully, baby was really snug. Handy as was like a coat when used with a blanket- much easier to take on and off when going in and out of shops without waking the baby. Feel like all carry cots should come with some sort of cocoon insert.

it's fine as it is. a blanket will secure them if need be.
