Help!! Quinny carrycot stuck on MC adaptors!!

Quinny carrycot has just arrived so I tried it out on my Maxi Cosi adaptors, put it on the wrong way round and now I can't get the adaptors off!!

Can anyone help? The release buttons are hardly moving when I press them.

Now then, I did this, but must have been 5 years ago and it was a worn out second hand carry cot. I think i probably struggled, cried and shook it a lot.

It did come off though!

That's encouraging!! I'm nearly at the point of crying and the tips of my fingers are hurting from pressing the sodding button!

Fortunately, I don't need either of them at the moment so not an emergency or anything but very frustrating!!

Anyone have any other suggestions?

I've tried to pull them very hard but they won't budge Sad

Oh dear, this happened to me in a car park once, it took about 5 random strangers to get it off! I think the trick was to wiggle it side to side, but it might have just been brute strength that did it in the end!

I'm worried about pulling it too hard incase I break the carrycot fitting or the adaptors. However, neither are any use at the moment so I guess I have nothing to lose!

Fixed it!!

Brute force...after a couple of hours googling and about half an hour with a knife and fork!!...Don't ask! Grin

Better remember to put the bloomin things on the right way next time.
