How does Baby jogger carrycot plus fit city mini?

Hi all,
I have a city mini and have just bought a carrycot plus to go with it, but can't find where I can buy the adaptor to go with it anywhere. I have the maxi cosy adaptor but that doesn't fit. Any ideas??

Did the adaptors not come with the carrycot? They should look like one set of these?
If not, phone Kooltrade in Manchester for advice. They will sell you some.
