Kiddicare customer service (faulty stroller) Croydon or Thurrock?

Hi. We bought an Uppababy G-Luxe from kiddicare just over a week ago, home delivered. The brake wire has snapped one side. We've decided to return to store rather than have them collect it as it'll make getting the replacement/repair/refund quicker and I won't be without a stroller for as long (hopefully!) I don't mind a repair if it's not noticeable. I do not want a superglue job though!

We can go to either if these stores. Has anyone got any experience of their customer service for pushchairs in either store?

Only returned a faulty product to them online but can't fault them - emailed them with a photo of the fault, they sent a courier who delivered the replacement item at the same time as collecting the faulty one so no time spent without the item. Oh, it was the Tuesday when I emailed, courier arranged for the Thursday.
