£300 for replacement buggy, what would you get?

Ok, had a Cosatto Giggle, the breaks/back wheels have ceased for the second time. Had a replacement the first time, requested refund this time. So I need something new.

Adjustable handle a plus, as DP tall.
I use busses a lot, so something that isn't massive/folds fairly easily.
Dd is 8.5months.
I liked having the parent facing option, but it guess this isn't essential.
Would prefer something that would grow with her.
First child, no idea if it needs to last for another one ;)
