Baby jogger versa problem

Hi

We bought a versa for our baby born in July. Since we have had it one side of the part you pull to collapse it has stuck. You need to put your foot on the base and yank it really hard on that side to collapse it. This makes the whole the one hand fold thing impossible (reason we bought it). Sometimes I cannot get it at all and my husband has to do it. Most annoying as we love in a flat and I need to put it in the car before coming in.

Due to newborn fuge and then using the carrycot I have not done anything about it yet, but now we have swapped to the seat it is very annoying considering the produce we paid for it.

Am I too late to complain? If I did is it to baby jogger directly or where I bought it (boots).

Thanks
Jen

Hi, I bought a pushchair from boots, it broke and they happily exchanged it. That one also broke and they no longer stocked that model so gave me a full refund. I found them to be very helpful so I would suggest you contact them as your first option. HTH

There was a recall, I'll just find a link, you can look and see if yours is an affected one, the info is here.
Even if yours is not affected if is has a fault then definitely approach boots, I have found them to be good also with this type of problem.

Phone Boots, or phone Kooltrade. As long as you have the original receipt both should help you. Boots should be your first port of call though as the sales contract is with them.
