We bought a versa for our baby born in July. Since we have had it one side of the part you pull to collapse it has stuck. You need to put your foot on it and yank it to collapse it. This makes the whole the one hand fold thing impossible (reason we bought it). Sometimes I cannot get it at all and my husband has to do it. Due to newborn fuge and then using the carrycot I have not done anything about it yet, but now we have swapped to the seat it is very annoying considering the produce we paid for it.
Am I too late to complain? If I did is it to baby jogger directly or where I bought it (boots).
