Just like to say that I have recently had a very good experience with the company.
I bought one of their Oyster systems at the end of 2010 in preperation for the birth of my daughter. At the begining of November 2013 the chassis broke near to the handle. I tried a few methods to try and repair it but to no avail.
I looked up their number and gave them a call. The lady that answered my call was very knowledgable and told me to send it in to them for repair with no charge if the reciept was produced. Sent it all of to them and within a couple of day i had a call back to say that it could not be repaired. My heart sank. NO pushchair. He then told me that they would send me a refurbished as good as new 2012 model instead, all because we had the reciept. It arrived two days later and I'm so happy.
I would recommend the company to anyone.

I would agree with this. I've had my Oyster since 2009 and am still using it for my youngest. I did have a problem when the brake spring snapped (after about a year). It was fixed asap no problem. Can't fault their customer service at all and i LOVE my pram :)
