Gone off my Versa

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help. I just can't seem to get it right. The first pushchair I bought before DD was born was the Oyster, after 6 months I got rid of it. I then spent ages deciding on what to get before going ahead with a BJ Versa, which I have been happy with. But now I'm finding it such a nuisance getting it in and out of the car all the time. It fills up my whole boot too!
I'm now thinking I should get something small and lightweight, such as an umbrella style pushchair. DD is 13 months old now.

I mainly just go to the shops etc but I occasionally go on walks, so would still like something that can cope with rough ground (the versa does this well)

My mum has suggested keeping the versa and buying an umbrella fold for quick trips out.

But I just wondered if there was any such thing that does both jobs

Small
Handles parks, fields etc
Comfortable for my little girl

I could recommend something small and lightweight but then you threw in parks and fields etc. The two generally dont go together especially when looking for something smaller than a Versa. The umbrella folds with bigger wheels are heavier too. For small and light, I like the Graco Evo Mini, but it depends how 'off road' you go.

Is the Versa considered small.... Oh dear I must be naive :-( maybe it's the weight I'm struggling with now, Imust be more of a weakling than i thought lol.

I've been looking at the Graco and Armadillo online, but like you say it comes a problem with going off road. I thought I might be asking the impossible.

How do you find the Graco?

Also DD likes to sit quite upright, do these pushchairs cover this?

I had thought about getting a bjcm, it's lighter than the versa..... I think I remember reading that somewhere. Not actually looked at the specs.

No, the versa isn't small. But there isn't a huge choice of lighter and smaller but tough options. The city mini isn't small either. Gt better for mild off road.

The easywalker mini might work for you, narrower, shorter, lighter. Price is pretty :-o though.

How about a micralite? They are a bit love/ hate but very light, fold small, and are great in parks etc.
