New but cheaper uppababy?

We've decided on an uppababy vista for various reasons (weight, height etc), but the £600 price tag is a little hard to swallow!

We're keen to get a new buggy if possible. But I was wondering if there are any cunning ways to save money. For example, if I hold on will they start to sell last year's models at a reduced price?

It will last you 4 years per child and comes with the rain covers unlike some prams. Try second hand?

They were recently selling off old colours for about £50-100 below RRP on a few sites (kiddicare, pramworld etc) so I'd guess it'll be another 6/12 months until there are new colours out again.

Try at a baby show?
I still paid £600, but it came with everything as usually does plus maxi Cosi car seat, ganoosh, snug seat and high chair (bit random, but a bonus!)
I actually sold the highchair for £50 as I wasn't keen on it.
