Maclaren techno xt serial/vin number

Hello, this is an incredibly boring question, but I'm super excited to have got my maclaren techno xt buggy today finally! I've been trying unsuccessfully to save up for it for ages. However, I'm trying to register it and cannot find the serial number or vin number to do so. Instructions say its below a barcode on the underside. Neither my husband nor myself can find it anywhere. Anyone know please??!!

My XT code didn't work (so didn't register it!) but it was on the cross bar bit underneath the basket (facing the floor).
There was also a code on the box, which also didn't work!

I never managed to register mine as I couldn't make them accept the numbers I could find!

Found this thread while searching for the answer on Google - thought I'd add the answer in case anyone else out there is looking. The Maclaren website includes this picture on its FAQ at www.maclaren.us/frequently-asked-questions. The VIN on my Techno XT was in the second position on the 'seat tube', but the sticker is hidden by the seat cover which is buttoned down over the frame.
